Palm Sunday 2026!

We welcome everyone to join us for Palm Sunday 2026!

This is the day we celebrate the entrance of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem as the crowds called,
‘Hosanna! ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’ The King of Israel!’

There is a great divide in history between those who REFUSE JESUS’ WORDS (John 12:48-50) and those who call, “LORD, Save me!” Hear Jesus’ words about this in John 12:

John 12:48 “He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him—the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day. 49 For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak. 50 And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak.”

Hosanna means, “Lord, save us quickly!” We who trust in Jesus as our Messiah and LORD God, look forward to His coming with this voice, “He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming quickly.” Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!” Rev. 22:20 Let us be of solid, steadfast faith laying aside all sin in order to obtain our place in Heaven as so well put in Heb. 12:1-2
1 “Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 looking unto Jesus, the [a]author and [b]finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

Isn’t it interesting that the inscription placed on Jesus’ cross only a week later read, “JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS?” Of course, this was intended to be yet another insult both to Jesus and to the Jews and demonstrating the “power of Rome” over insurrectionists–the power of death! What, only 3 days later was revealed was the POWER OF GOD OF SALVATION AND RESURRECTION TO ETERNAL LIFE as David testified in Ps. 16, 8-11, “8 I have set the Lord always before me;
Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved. 9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices;
My flesh also will [d]rest in hope. 10 For You will not leave my soul in [e]Sheol,
Nor will You allow Your Holy One to [f]see corruption. 11 You will show me the path of life;
In Your presence is fullness of joy;
At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” -Ps 16:8-11

Jesus was raised, incorruptible, in His glorified body that can never die.

When challenged by the Jewish leadership (out of fear that they would be implicated as insurrectionists), “Pilate answered, “What I have written, I have written.” John 19:22

The final judgement will be, “The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord and His Christ (Messiah)!” Rev. 11:15

Rev. 11:15 Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The [f]kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” 16 And the twenty-four elders who sat before God on their thrones fell on their faces and worshiped God, 17 saying:

“We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty,
The One who is and who was [g]and who is to come,
Because You have taken Your great power and reigned.
18 The nations were angry, and Your [h]wrath has come,
And the time of the dead, that they should be judged,
And that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints,
And those who fear Your name, small and great,
And should destroy those who destroy the earth.”

19 Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of [i]His covenant was seen in His temple. And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.
